利用規約 | Sushi Academy Ginza

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) set forth the conditions

for using the Sushi Academy Ginza – Experience Lesson & Dining Studio

(hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). By making a reservation and participating in the Service,

you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service Description)
This Service provides a hands-on sushi-making experience and dining session.

Participants will prepare and enjoy sushi under the guidance of an instructor.

Article 2 (Reservation and Cancellation Policy)
All reservations must be made in advance through the designated reservation form or website.

Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Up to 3 days before the lesson: No cancellation fee

Within 48 hours of the lesson: 50% of the total feeOn the day of the lesson or

within 24 hours: 100% of the total fee

No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the fee regardless of the reason.

In case of a refund, any transfer or processing fees shall be borne by the customer.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
The following actions are strictly prohibited. Participants may be asked to leave the premises

if any of the following occur:Harassment, abusive language,

or disruptive behavior toward other participants or staffParticipation while intoxicated or

bringing alcohol to the studioUnauthorized recording or photography for commercial useDamaging

or taking equipment or propertyFailing to declare food allergies or engaging in unsafe behavior

Article 4 (Disclaimer)
We are not responsible for any injuries, illness, or allergic reactions that may occur during the lesson.

Please take care of your personal belongings. We are not liable for theft or loss.

In case of natural disasters, public transport disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances,

the Service may be rescheduled or canceled.

Article 5 (Photography and Media Use)
Photos and videos taken during the experience may be used for promotional purposes

on our website, social media, or printed materials. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform our staff in advance.

Article 6 (Privacy Policy)
Personal information provided at the time of reservation will be used only for administrative purposes related to the Service, including communication and service improvement.

We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)
These Terms are subject to change without prior notice.

The latest version will be available on our official website,

and continued participation after changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Sushi Academy Ginza – Experience Lesson & Dining Studio本規約は、

Sushi Academy Ginza – Experience Lesson & Dining Studio（以下、「本サービス」）

をご利用いただく際の条件を定めたものです。本サービスへのご予約・ご参加をもって、

本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

第1条（サービス内容）
本サービスは、寿司づくりの体験レッスンおよびその場での試食を中心とした

体験型サービスです。参加者は講師の指導のもと、実際に寿司を握り、

召し上がっていただきます。

第2条（予約およびキャンセルポリシー）
ご予約は事前予約制とし、指定の予約フォームまたは予約サイトを通じて行っていただきます。

キャンセル料は以下の通り発生します。

レッスンの3日前まで：キャンセル料なし

レッスンの2日前（48時間以内）：料金の50%

レッスン当日および24時間以内：料金の100%

無断キャンセルの場合は、理由の如何に関わらず料金の100%をご請求いたします。

返金が発生する場合の振込手数料は、お客様のご負担となります。

第3条（禁止事項）
以下の行為はお断りしております。該当する行為があった場合、退場いただくことがあります。

他の参加者やスタッフへの迷惑行為、暴言・ハラスメント飲酒後の参加、

アルコール類の持ち込み許可のない録音・録画・商用利用目的での撮影施設・設備・

備品の故意または過失による破損・持ち帰りアレルギーのある食材に関する虚偽申告や、

安全を脅かす行為

第4条（免責事項）
レッスン中のけが、体調不良、アレルギー反応などについて、

当スタジオは一切の責任を負いません。貴重品の管理は各自でお願いいたします。

盗難・紛失についても責任を負いかねます。天災、交通機関の乱れ、

主催者都合により開催が困難と判断された場合、

日程の変更もしくは中止となる可能性があります。

第5条（写真・映像の撮影および使用）
サービス中に撮影された写真・動画は、

当スタジオの広報活動（SNS、WEBサイト、パンフレット等）に使用させていただくことが

あります。使用を希望されない方は、事前にスタッフまでお申し出ください。

第6条（個人情報の取り扱い）
ご予約時にご提供いただいた個人情報は、当スタジオの運営目的

（予約管理・緊急連絡・サービス向上）にのみ使用し、

第三者に無断で提供することはありません。

第7条（規約の変更）
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。

最新の内容は公式WEBサイト等でご確認ください。ご

予約・ご参加後の変更内容についても、同意いただいたものとみなします。
